hey all! things at work have been unusually busy. i haven't even had time to read any blogs. if there is something i need to know, or someone to be praying for...plz email me. i will read them but may not have a chance to reply for another week. i have been praying for you, my blogville friends and family.hoping things slow down by next week. and in those famous words....."i'll be back!"

The solution is simple and can be summed up in one word: delegate.
that's the problem...there was delegation..it just all flowed my way! lol
That would make you the delegatee rather then the delegator - that's not good!!
